Pre-register your credit card prior to May 5, 2018.  Then when you arrive at the Promise Ball, you can breeze through Registration! Your credit card will not be charged unless you make a purchase at the Promise Ball. 

    • Check the box for "I authorize JDRF to use the credit card entered on the submission page at the 2018 Promise Ball" 
    • Click "Next"
    • Fill out your contact information and credit card information
    • Check the box for "I agree to pay future charges, when I authorize them, according to card issuer agreement."
    • Click "Submit for Processing"
I authorize Breakthrough T1D - Greater CT and Western Mass Chapter - 4090 to use the credit card entered on the submission page at event 2018 Promise Ball. Once the transaction has completed successfully, a confirmation receipt will be sent to the email address entered.
