Pre-register your credit card prior to May 11, 2019.  Then when you arrive at the Promise Ball, you can breeze through Registration! Your credit card will not be charged unless you make a purchase at the 2019 Promise Ball. 

    • Check the box for "I authorize Juvenile Diabetes Research Foundation – Greater CT/Western MA to use the credit card entered on the submission page at 2019 Promise Ball" 
    • Click "Next"
    • Fill out your contact information and credit card information
    • Check the box for "I agree to pay future charges, when I authorize them, according to card issuer agreement."
    • Click "Submit for Processing"
I authorize Breakthrough T1D - Greater CT and Western Mass Chapter - 4090 to use the credit card entered on the submission page at event 2019 Promise Ball. Once the transaction has completed successfully, a confirmation receipt will be sent to the email address entered.
